Maya Day/Night Club

 When the Maya project fell behind, our Armstrong Construction Team was deployed to bring it back on track.  Spanning 15,000 sq. ft., the transformation turned an underutilized patio into a dynamic day-to-night destination.  The team reset drainage, installed high-performance tile, built custom millwork and pergolas, and integrated HVAC, misting, and lighting systems for comfort and performance.  Careful coordination ensured seamless flow between the club interior and outdoor spaces, with glass balustrades opening unobstructed views of Old Town Scottsdale.  The result: a vibrant, fully realized venue delivered with precision and speed.
